It’s your hair that makes you shine. It will glow for everyone to see if you take care of it. To properly manage your hair and have a perfect hair, you don’t always need to spend a lot of money on treatments or frequent visits to the salon. You can achieve so much on your own.

For Shiny and Healthy hair
Consider your body’s intake first for healthy, lustrous hair. Essentially, your hair is merely a representation of your inner self. More than any shampoo or conditioner, a well-balanced, nutrient-rich diet will make your hair shine. Additionally, be sure to consume eight to ten glasses of water daily as hair is composed of 25% water. Avoid dehydration!
2. Prevent Unnecessary Hair Damage
Use the proper type of hairbrush to avoid needless hair damage. Use a wide-tooth comb to comb wet hair only, making sure not to touch the roots as you go from end to root. Avoid using a strong steel comb to detangle wet hair as it can cause significant damage!
3. Remove Split Ends
Use this method to remove split ends, or trichoptlosis: take tiny portions of your hair and gently twist them downward. The divided ends will protrude. To remove the damaged cuticles and preserve the natural layered appearance, carefully cut into the twisted section with sharp scissors, being cautious not to cut all the way through. To equalise the effect, cut each twist about the same amount.
